The lot is located in the Rio Indio area, 9km north of the town of Mahahual (Majahual) on the Costa Maya on the Mexico's Caribbean coast. The lot is 25 meters (82 feet) of beachfront by 80 meters (262 ft) deep. This lot has good elevation, and a live reef. There is a small community in the Rio Indio area, with a beach restaurant about 5 minutes up the road. The cruise ship pier, and the new Pemex gas station are 15 minutes away by car in the town of Mahahual, most of which is on paved roads. In Majahual you will find grocery stores, fresh fish, the new building supply store, and a wide range of small restaurants and cozy hotels.
